Before You Arrive

A few things worth knowing

A visit to the gallery is unhurried. The following notes help make the experience as smooth as possible, whether you are stopping in for fifteen minutes or settling in for the afternoon.

01 / Admission

Always free, always open

Entry to all exhibitions is complimentary. No tickets, no reservations needed during public hours — just walk in. Larger groups are welcome; a brief heads-up helps us prepare the space.

02 / Accessibility

Step-free throughout

Both floors are level-access with a ground-floor washroom. Guide dogs and assistance animals are warmly welcomed. If you would like a seat placed in the gallery, simply call ahead.

03 / Photography

Personal use welcome

Handheld photography for personal use is encouraged. For shoots, loans, or commercial image requests, please contact our press team at least five days in advance.

04 / Families

Children very welcome

Children of all ages are welcome in the gallery. Sketching pencils are available at the front desk — just ask. We ask only that large school groups arrange a brief introductory visit.

05 / The Bookshop

Editions & publications

Limited-edition prints, monographs, and artist publications from our represented artists and visiting exhibitors are available at the front desk. Most can be shipped worldwide.

06 / Refreshments

Always a pot of tea

Filter coffee, loose-leaf teas from Postcard Teas, and a small glass of something chilled for late-Thursday viewings. Always complimentary, always offered.
