GALLERY RENTAL


Klaudia Marr Gallery is one of the most renowned galleries for contemporary art. This space is now available for private functions after 5:00 pm Monday through Sunday.

COST
Weekday rentals of the Klaudia Marr Gallery are $1,000, and weekends $1,500.
A security deposit of $2,000 is required, and must be posted prior to the event.

METHOD
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee upon acceptance of the event. The balance of the rental fee and the security deposit are due on the date of rental prior to the event. We accept MasterCard or Visa and personal checks.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Alcohol may be served at the gallery and must abide by the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages.

EVENT PLANNER / CATERER RESPONSIBILITIES
The event planner/caterers working at Klaudia Marr Gallery must furnish copies of their business licenses, certificates of insurance, and proof of workman's compensation.

Event planners/caterers are responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading of all their goods. They are also responsible for a thorough cleanup immediately following the event.
One member of the gallery staff is required to stay on the premises during the event and cleanup.

All rented items or delivered goods (alcohol, flowers, video equipment, etc...) must be signed for by the renter or event planner/caterer.

Caterers are to provide all necessary tools such as trash bags, can openers, foil, pots, towels, knives, and other supplies necessary to carry out their duties. Klaudia Marr Gallery cannot provide any of the above items.

HOUSE RULES
NO UNAPPROVED MATERIALS MAY BE hung, nailed, or taped to the walls OF THE GALLERY UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL IS OBTAINED FROM THE GALLERY STAFF.

All publicity concerning Klaudia Marr Gallery must be approved prior to publication or distribution by the responsible gallery staff.

Smoking is not allowed inside the gallery.

In the event of any damages occurring to the artwork or the physical condition of any and all public space within Klaudia Marr Gallery, the renting party will be held responsible and billed accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, nicks, breaks, or marks of any kind.
